The following terms and conditions should be read before viewing this website.

§ 1 SCOPE

§ 12 FINAL PROVISIONS

Deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if agreed in writing. If in these Terms an invalid provision be included, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid one which reflects the economic purpose of formulating the next .

§ 13 PROPERTY

All the content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, colors, layout and trademarks are the intellectual property of Web Science and are protected by intellectual property law.

§ 14 LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Web Science does not take responsibility for any damage, harm or legal actions caused by misuse of it’s products, including this website and all information and software herein contained. It is the user’s responsibility to obey all effective laws in his/her country, which may prohibit usage of Web Science products. Please check with a legal representative for requirements in your country.

§ 15 COPYRIGHT

All information and software herein contained, are subject to copyright law. Reproducing, copying, reverse engineering, and distributing these products, if not otherwise stated, is allowed only by written permission.

§ 16 CHANGES

Web Science reserves the right to make changes to this website and this User Agreement at any time without notice.
